Job Description
Amazon is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Voice Process. This is a Work From Office role where candidates will handle customer queries and deliver exceptional service while being a part of Amazon’s customer-focused culture.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (12th Pass)
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate can apply
- Graduation is not mandatory
- Freshers and experienced BPO candidates are eligible
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Flexible with shifts and weekly offs
- Candidates must not be pursuing regular college education
- Comfortable working in a voice process
- Work From Office is mandatory
Compensation & Benefits
- Zeta Meal Card: ₹1,100/month (₹13,200 per annum)
- Health Insurance Coverage up to ₹5,00,000
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 per shift
