🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound international customer calls with professionalism
- Understand customer issues and offer timely solutions
- Maintain product/process knowledge for accurate support
- Ensure call quality and adherence to SLA metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless resolutions
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
- Prior BPO/call center experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills & CRM knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Graduation not mandatory
