🧾 Job Responsibilities:
- Build and manage C-level relationships across multiple verticals at conglomerate GCC clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales for IBM’s services portfolio – Sell & Deliver model.
- Develop client accounts in Retail, Consumer Products, Pharma & Life Sciences, etc.
- Drive growth in existing and new client accounts, managing deals over $3M annually.
- Leverage IBM’s multiple service lines and digital capabilities to close deals.
- Lead strategic sales discussions, opportunity identification, proposal negotiation, and closures.
🎯 Candidate Profile:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required); Master’s preferred
- 3+ years of experience selling to GCCs
- Strong connects with Captive Center Heads, Procurement Leaders & Program Directors
- Proven track record of winning and delivering large consulting/technology engagements
- Proficiency in SAP/Non-SAP, application services, and shared services
Preferred:
- Prior experience in Digital, Tech-led transformation deals
- Ability to consult and cross-sell across multiple IBM service lines
- Hands-on experience in New Logo Acquisition and Strategic Sales Planning
- Strong negotiation and opportunity qualification skills
