📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices in the Accounts Payable process.
- Review and audit employee travel and expense (T&E) reports for policy compliance.
- Respond to employee queries regarding expense claims and process reimbursements.
- Maintain attention to detail while following standard AP & audit procedures.
- Use tools like Concur or other expense management systems effectively.
- Support cross-functional teams and ensure accuracy in financial data entry.
🎓 Qualification & Skillset:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commerce, or Accounting.
- Proficient in MS Office – especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy preferred.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be flexible to work in any shift and team environment.
