🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound US healthcare customer queries via calls.

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining quality standards.

Follow standard procedures, compliance, and client guidelines.

Maintain accurate documentation and process updates.

Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
📌 Candidate Profile

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Typing Speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Comfortable with rotational night shifts.

Must be able to relocate within Wipro transport boundary area.

Graduate in any stream; full-time students and certain niche qualifications (B.Ed, MBA, BA LLB) not eligible.
