🧾 Job Role: International Voice Process – Customer Retention
Join the Customer Support & Operations team and be the voice of leading global clients. Assist customers via call, email, and chat, handle complaints, resolve product/service issues, and deliver world-class support.
💡 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns across voice, email, and chat channels
- Clearly explain products/services and provide suitable solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Maintain accurate call documentation and resolution details
✅ Eligibility & Skills:
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Education: Undergraduates & Graduates eligible
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication skills required
- Customer-centric attitude
- Flexible to work from office and in night shifts
- Good to have experience in customer service or voice support roles
