Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice, email, and chat
- Deliver excellent service and resolve issues efficiently
- Meet performance and quality targets
- Work in fast-paced, rotational shift environments
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong typing and PC skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs
