- Handle international customer queries via phone, chat, and email

- Work in a night shift & rotational environment
- Ensure customer satisfaction across all touchpoints
👤 Candidate Profile:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Fast typing and system navigation skills
- Must be comfortable with night shifts & rotational offs
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, collections, or retention (preferred)
📍 Travel Eligibility:
Candidates must reside within 1.5 km of the nearest railway station in these areas:
- Central Line: Kalyan to Sion
- Harbour Line: Wadala to Panvel (excluding Taloja & Sukhapur)
- Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Golden Nest Circle, Ghodbunder Road)
