- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Meet business targets through field visits and market networking
- Maintain deep understanding of banking products, customer needs, and sales strategies
👤 Candidate Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in banking sales / CASA acquisition / financial services sales
- Proven experience in NTB business acquisition across multiple financial products
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional language (Tamil preferred)
- Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territories
- Sound understanding of local market dynamics
