Job Description/Skills Required
- Keep management updated: Closely work with various stakeholders and understand the Pricing Objectives on a case to case basis and have the ability to propose appropriate Pricing Strategy and give appropriate heads-up to Management on deviations.
- Impact the bottom line: Should also have the capability to build Coherent Pricing Models & Pricing Catalogues Maintain Proposal Trackers with adequate information including non-financial metrics, with ease of retrieval.
- Define Sutherland’s reputation: Should have the capability to understand Request for Proposal/Quote (RFP/RFQ) documents and have an eye for detail while appraising such documents. Pricing to be aligned to Sutherland Strategy.
- Help Strengthen Financials: Thorough understanding and interpretation of Financial Statements. Demonstrate understanding of Costing Principles & Techniques Understand and interpret Operational metrics to compute relevant costs of projects.
- Take the lead: Review Master Service Agreements / Statement of Works to analyze any variance in pricing and / or related clauses and explore cause and effect of such findings. Demonstrate the ability to understand businesses processes.
