Job Description:
1. Should have overall experience of 1 to 3 years
2. Should possess good knowledge of Physician Billing, ETM workflow, CPS, Legacy systems, PCS etc.
3. Good analytical skills required.
4. Good communication skills
5. Should be flexible to work from office.
6. Should be flexible to learn / explore new opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility of a Sr. Associate would be achieving daily KRAs assigned to him / her not limited to following
1. Production Review of claims to liquidate and resolve outstanding AR or denials.
2. Quality Complete production with minimal deviation or
3. TOS Need to adhere to shift schedule, productive time on system.
Note Preference will be provided to candidates who can join immediately and/or candidates who have minimal notice period.
