Job Description/Skills Required
- Verification of title prior to execution of CGA
- Periodical audit of CGAs at regional level
- Improvisation / rectification of defects, if any, in the CGAs
- Maintaining copy of records of the assets of the company pertaining to their region.
- Appear before courts and represent the company in all cases filed by and against the company.
- To follow-up with the advocates on all cases filed at their region.
- Drafting letters, replies, maintenance of court cases, etc., pertaining to their region.
- Preparation of monthly litigation status of their region.
- Pre-verification of title and coordination with advocates on obtaining legal scrutiny report prior to purchase of immovable assets.
- Liaising with police and other government departments.
