Required Skill:
- 9+ Experience in Procure to Pay function (Accounts Payable)
- 4+ Team Leading experience
- Good accounting knowledge
- Excellent practical knowledge of accounts payable process (Invoice Processing, T&E, Payments, and Helpdesk)
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good Problem Identification and Problem-Solving Skills
- Should have dealt with transition project(s).
- Working experience of SAP is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Independently handling Accounts Payable activities for a global clients F&A process
- Leading the team and oversee their work
- Leading members of the P2P team on functionality and capability
- Implement effective Internal Controls and Compliances with respect to all Financial Transactions
- Supervise P2P process and provide strategic goals and targets
- Address escalations
- Responsible for Continuous Process Improvements
- Coordinate improvement projects
- Analysing and documenting the P2P process and systems
- Produce performance reports for HCL Management & Client Management.
