Job Description/Skills Required
Experience: 2-4 years relevant experience in project finance/ structured debt transactions in a bank/institution/investment bank/Advisory firms/corporates.
Competencies:
– Strong financial modeling, presentation and written communication skills using MS Office
– Good written and oral communication skills
– Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities under minimum supervision
Job Responsibilities:
The job will involve detailed industry research, analysis of audited financials of companies, preparation of Information Memorandum (IM), Deal Teasers, financial model for fund raising or financial advisory transactions. The job would also involve full ownership of internal and external documentation, compliance and MIS.
