Job Description/Skills Required
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager(Min. 6 years of experience) to join our team. As a Credit Manager, you will play a key role in analyzing risks, optimizing collections strategies, and leveraging your forecasting expertise. Your proficiency in SQL, Python will be critical in conducting data analysis and providing actionable insights to support risk management decisions. Prior team handling/ work scoping experience required.
- Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely production of key internal & external reports across the credit management vertical
- Conduct portfolio analytics and deep dives as required to develop credit strategies across the lifecycle of credit world, i.e., acquisition, Customer Management and Collections
- Provide analytical support to policy changes
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to risk management within the credit card business. Prepare comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Work closely stakeholders, to gather relevant data, understand business requirements, and credit management strategies
- Competency Expected :
- Strong Logical reasoning ability and ability to perform industry standard analysis in relation to credit management business
- Ability to Continuously assess and improve credit management processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to bring out meaningful and actionable insights
- Ability to Provide guidance and mentorship to team members within the credit card industry, fostering their professional development and growth
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment without compromising on the quality
- Ideal Candidate :
- Degree in Engineering or any quantitative discipline
- 6-8 years of desired relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL, MS office(Excel, Powerpoint) and Python
