– Performing manual fraud reviews to detect fraudulent transactions
– Conducting thorough research to validate purchases
– Collaborating with peers and Managed Services leadership to communicate fraud trends and share best practices
– Ensuring adherence to regulatory, operational, and compliance standards
Critical Factors to Success:
– Thorough and accurate due diligence in fraud decision-making
– Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills
Past Experience:
– Experience with Consumer/Commercial Portfolio
– Knowledge of Fraud Prevention Services preferred
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
– Analytical mindset with attention to detail
– Outstanding problem-solving abilities
– Excellent communication skills
– Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends, shift rotations, and holidays
Technical Skills/Capabilities:
