Job Responsibilities
Inbound Customer Support
- Handle customer calls and emails regarding SBI Mutual Fund products.
- Provide information about fund values and transaction status.
- Assist customers with mutual fund-related queries.
Mutual Fund Assistance
- Explain fund schemes to customers.
- Assist customers with Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs).
- Support cross-selling of relevant products/services.
Query Resolution
- Provide end-to-end assistance for folio details.
- Handle queries related to redemptions.
- Assist customers with account statements.
- Resolve customer issues accurately and professionally.
Eligibility
- B.Com / M.Com graduates
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills are beneficial.
- Willingness to work in rotational day shifts.
- Comfortable with 6 days working and Sunday fixed off.
NISM Certification
NISM Certification training will be provided to selected candidates, giving them additional exposure to the mutual fund/financial services domain.
