🧾 Job Description
- Manage collection/disbursement and bank reconciliations (BRS)
- Hands-on expertise in direct and indirect taxation
- Strong command of accounting principles and reporting
- Maintain financial data and support audits
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Prepare and review financial reports for accuracy and compliance
- Handle team coordination and interdepartmental finance operations
- Must be well-versed with ERP systems, especially Oracle
✅ Desired Candidate Profile
- Education:
- UG: B.Com in Any Specialization
- PG: M.Com or MBA/PGDM in Finance/Accounting
- Preferred Experience:
- At least 6 years in finance/accounts role
- Prior experience in insurance companies will be a strong plus
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Team leadership and hands-on problem-solving ability
