SpiceJet is conducting a Mega Walk-In Interview in Hyderabad for Ground Staff roles – Customer Service Agent (Airport Services) & Trainee Security Executive (Aviation Security). 🔹 Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Agent (Airport Services):
- Handle flight bookings and assist passengers with check-in.
- Issue boarding passes after document verification.
- Guide passengers and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Ensure smooth airport operations as per company policy.
2. Trainee Security Executive (Aviation Security):
- Perform baggage surveillance and access control checks.
- Conduct anti-sabotage pre-flight checks.
- Guard aircraft and supervise loaders/cleaners at the airport.
- Follow strict aviation safety and security protocols.
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers can apply).
- Age Limit: 18 – 27 years.
- Height Requirements:
- Male: 5.6 ft (168cm) and above
- Female: 5.3 ft (160cm) and above
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Well-groomed with no visible tattoos/scars.
- Must be willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- BE/B.Tech, CPL Holders & AME Qualified candidates NOT eligible.

- 2 recent passport-size photographs
- Updated CV (hard copy)
- Aadhaar & PAN card copies
- Educational certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation)
- Experience/Relieving letters (if applicable)
- Salary slips (if applicable)
- Valid AVSEC/Screener/DGR/L&T licenses (if available)
