Job Role or Description
- Car Lease.
- Uploading LLR in System
- Validation of invoices and Payment to leasing Vendor.
- File preparation for Payroll deduction.
- Resolving Employees Queries.
- Repayment schedule validation.
- Foreclosure Statement Validation.
- Bank Statement; Sending bank statement to all the stakeholder on daily basis
- FD Placement Sending FD request to bank on daily basis
- RTGS Updating
- Follow up with the respective stakeholder for schedule payments.
- Update Daily cash balance with FD balances.
- Checking balances positive balances before any payment.
- Send RTGS file to GL team for Inter-Entity if there is any negative balance
- Payment on Bank Station Closing payment file on bank station against voucher provided by respective stakeholder.
- Checking all the payment voucher should be signed by respective reviewer.
- Get all the payment approved from the respective signatory.
- Interbank transfer for FD
