🎓 Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA/PGDM in Finance)
🧾 Experience: 1–5 years
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice receipt, verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
- Verify and approve invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
- Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Ensure TDS and GST compliance—including deduction, remittance, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze AP reports, payment forecasts, and vendor aging reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reconciliations.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Working knowledge of TDS, GST, and other financial regulations.
- Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Keen attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
