This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams in a high-performing Shared Services environment while contributing to Shell’s Finance Operations.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Risk Management: Handle credit risk for high-profile clients, manage risk portfolios, and support debt collection activities.
- Credit Decisions: Authorize credit releases, evaluate customer credit risk, analyze credit exposure, and ensure sound credit terms.
- Financial Analysis: Perform detailed assessments using financial statements to build customer risk profiles.
- Client Engagement: Actively communicate with customers, sales, and operations to resolve credit-related issues and complaints.
- Team Leadership: Act as the go-to expert for complex credit issues and support team development.
- Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Shell’s policies, audits, and control frameworks.
- Project Involvement: Lead or contribute to high-profile projects across borders, involving stakeholder presentations and collaboration.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business; MBA/M.Com preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in credit underwriting and financial risk management
- Expertise in credit analysis, balance sheet review, and risk assessment
- Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance frameworks
- Prior experience in a multinational or shared services environment is a plus
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
