Job Description/Skills Required
- Responsible for creation of Tax invoices, Sales Orders and recoding of receipts entries into the ERP system.
- Coordinating with Sales team for collecting the revenue related data & also supporting the Sales team on queries related to Invoicing.
- Debtor and payment gateway reconciliation
- Coordinating with customers for matter related to Invoicing & others.
- Maintaining Revenue and Volume discount related files and records in a systematic manner.
- Supporting on the recognition related matters.
- Engaging with Stat and Internal Auditors.
- Value collaboration and be willing to take on ad-hoc requests.
- Helping with the automation of new initiatives.
