Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Rewards accounting and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with close timelines.
- Prepare monthly rewards-related management reports and innovate processes.
- Interface with key reporting systems and collaborate with technology groups for seamless operations.
- Investigate and resolve accounting and reporting issues.
- Maintain robust end-to-end financial controls for the rewards program.
- Provide variance analysis and interpret financial results to align with forecasts.
- Support compliance with Global Rewards Policies and execution of account reviews.
- Participate in projects and business initiatives to ensure financial and control requirements are met.
Skills and Experience Required:
- In-depth understanding of card economics and loyalty programs.
- Knowledge of operational and technical accounting principles.
- Familiarity with American Express financial systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
