Job Description Business Development Manager/ Representative – Bancassurance

• Drive business through Bank/ Agent network
• Identify and motivate suitable partners/ agents for licencing and activation
• Set and monitor objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets
• Identify customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct periodic reviews with Bank officials
• Conduct training on new products for agents and partners to drive sales
• Develop and maintain relationship with all the key stakeholders
