Key Responsibilities
✔ Accounts Finalization & Financial Reporting
✔ Profit & Loss Preparation
✔ Internal & Statutory Audits Compliance
✔ IT Returns, ROC Filings & Coordination with Company Secretary
✔ Tax Compliance (ESI, PF, TDS, GST, Professional Tax)
✔ Liaison with Government Agencies (DGFT, etc.)
✔ Cash Flow Management & Debtor Collection Follow-ups
✔ Monthly Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors Accounts
✔ Factory Expense & Budget Monitoring
✔ Maintain Fixed Asset Register
✔ Costing Sheet Management for Plastic Components
✔ Working Capital & Term Loan Discussions with Banks
✔ Monthly Dashboard Reports for Management
✔ Work Closely with Plant Head & Guide Accounting Executives
✔ Identify Shop Floor Wastages & Suggest Improvements
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education: B.Com / M.Com in Commerce
✔ Industry Experience: Tier 1 Automotive Industry (Mandatory)
✔ Software Skills: SAP, Tally (Must-Know)
✔ Work Location: Willing to Work from the Plant in Ekkatuthangal
