Roles and Responsibilities

1. Act as an important link between the client and the operations team. Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently, manage job queries and communicate feedback to the operations team.
2. Create work aid/SOP for new process transition.
3. Client Communication/ Management – Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent language and communication skills required.
• Eligibility – Fresher with good communications skills or candidates with 1 to 2 years experience in customer service will be considered.
• Technical Qualifications – MS Office Suite PowerPoint and Excel fluency preferred.
