Job Description/Skills Required
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE 2023) for filling up of various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in different Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations of Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals, etc. Candidates who are qualified and interested may submit an online application by 05-05-2023, provided they meet the relevant requirements. Candidates must adequately mention all personal and educational information.

- Last date for receipt of online applications : 05-05-2023 (23:00)
- Last date for making online fee payment : 06-05-2023 (23:00)

- Tentative Schedule of Tier-I (Computer Based Examination) : July, 2023
Mode of Recruitment :
The computer-based examination will be conducted in two tiers, i.e., Tier-I and Tier-II. There will be a negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer.
- Tier-I Examination :
- There will be a single paper of 200 marks and 1 hour duration. Paper will comprise 100 questions.
- Tier-II Examination :
- Paper-I : will be of total 450 mark. Duration exam will be 2 hours and 15 minutes.
- Paper-II (Statistics) : The paper will consist of 100 questions of total 200 marks. The exam will last two hours.
- Paper-III (General Studies (Finance and Economics)) : The paper will have 100 questions with a total of 200 marks. The exam will take 2 hours to complete.
Based on the marks scored in Tier-I , candidates will be shortlisted to appear in Tier-II Examination.
Fee Structure :
Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD and Exservicemen (ESM) eligible are exempted from payment of fee.
Application fees of Rs 100/- should be paid online by using debit card, credit card or net banking.
