Step 4: Select “Prepare JSON” after the successful validation. The JSON file will be generated with the details of the numerous entered invoices.

Step 6: Choose the previously generated JSON file and press the upload button. Make sure the JSON file is no more than 2MB in size. The JSON file’s contents will be summarized and shown.
Step7: Select “Confirm” by clicking the button. Each invoice will have a 64-character Invoice Reference Number (IRN) if there are no problems, and you will be able to download it in Excel format.
After that, the system will update the e-way bill system with the invoice details. Using this information, the e-way bill system will generate Part-A of the e-way bill. In Part-B of the e-way bill, only the vehicle number needs to be attached.
