🔧 Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Store Operations:

• Oversee daily operations and stock availability.

• Achieve sales and profitability goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

2. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

• Ensure every customer enjoys a delightful in-store experience.

• Handle customer queries and feedback while building lasting relationships.

3. Lead & Inspire Your Team:

• Manage team schedules, performance, and engagement.

• Foster a culture of ownership, service, and accountability.

4. Monitor Store Performance:

• Track KPIs, manage stock audits, and control shrinkage.

• Generate reports and share insights for continuous improvement.

5. Ensure Compliance:

• Maintain company policies, safety, hygiene, and legal standards.

• Oversee visual merchandising and store upkeep.
