Job Description/Skills Required
- Vendor, customer and GL Reconciliation.
- Resolving various issues with Vendors, customers relating to Debit/Credit notes, Promos, GST, TDS, pricing etc.
- Monitoring and facilitate timely payments to Vendors
- Monitories SAP receivables ie Cash/Credit cards etc.
- SAP B2B billing support to store
- Monitoring recoveries from B2B customers
- One point of contact from Business for all the commercial issues ie taxation, payments, reconciliation etc.
- Monitoring compliance with Commercial SoPs at Retail stores.
- Month end provisioning
- Assist in indirect and direct tax assessment
- Various MIS reports/Data in excel/or from SAP
- Creation of various payment request in SAP
- Monthly Store Imprest Cash data preparation and resolution of queries raised.
- Store Insurance coverage data preparation and updation
- Monitor closure of open items in SAP relating to AP, AR etc
