Job Role or Description
- Efficiently preparing Information Memorandum and Financial Model to estimate the Capex & Opex requirements, equity & project IRR, IDC, DSCR, DSRA etc. Coordinating with Banks/Financial Institutions , both on-shore and off-shore, for credit appraisal, assessment of loan proposals and preparing credit notes for sanction of debt for various power projects Negotiation of term sheets and executing financing documents Working capital financing including analysis of working capital requirement, preparation of CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement Operations Timely drawdown of debts and establishment of Letter of Credit (LC) as per the business requirement Availing short-term facilities (Buyers Credit, Overdraft against Fixed Deposit, etc.) to optimize financing cost External Stakeholders/ Customers Ensuring timely completion of pre and post disbursement compliances Submission of periodic Financial Reports Working in close co-ordination with Company Secretary, Legal Team, Lenders Legal Counsel, Accounts Department etc Maintaining cordial relationship with all colleagues.
