- Job Description Income Tax Assistant
- The candidate will have end-to-end responsibility of handling all tax matters – Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing. Strong Understanding of the prevailing Tax laws and ability to interpret them for the business is a key requirement of the role.
- The candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable delivering the role effectively.
- The Key deliverables of the role include:
- 1) Statutory Compliances relating to direct taxes
- 2) Tax Advisory for operating and strategic matters in BD
- 3) Tax accounting and reporting
- 4) Tax & Transfer Pricing Audit
- 5) Income Tax Assessments
- 6) Filing of ITR, TDS return, TCS return, revision of return, etc
- 6) Handling Tax Litigations & Submissions to Income tax department
- 7) Efficiency in Tax Operations from a cost & control perspective
- 8) Work with FP&A, external tax consultants and Plant team for Tax matters
