Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Following up with insurance payers to check claim status.
- Calling insurance companies in the USA on behalf of doctors and physicians.
- Following up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Identifying reasons for claim denials.
- Working on appropriate resolutions for denied claims.
- Following up on claims in a timely manner to prevent them from being written off.
- Handling calls related to denied medical claims.

- Good communication skills are required.
- Candidates must be comfortable with US calling.
- Must be willing to work in a 24/7 work environment.
