📝 Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US payroll processing with a strong understanding of federal & multi-state payroll laws
- Ensure multi-state payroll compliance, tax calculations & timely filings
- Handle garnishments, 401(k) administration, benefits deductions, and statutory reporting
- Work with ADP Workforce Now or similar US payroll systems
- Use advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) for payroll reconciliation
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables efficiently
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in US Payroll mandatory
- Immediate joiners to 30 days notice period preferred
- Strong communication, analytical skills & problem-solving mindset
