Job Role: Finance & Accounts Executive (P2P)
As a Finance & Accounts Executive specializing in the Procure to Pay (P2P) process at Quintes Global, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and payment cycle. This includes overseeing purchase orders, vendor invoices, payment processing, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Requirement:-
- Role includes creating Purchase requisition, obtain approvals, issue purchase orders.
- Making entries of received goods or services in ERP system.
- Handling Accounts Payable activities, which includes invoice processing of PO Invoices, Non- PO Invoices, debit memos, credit memos, Travel & Employee expenses etc.
- Vendor Payment, Employee payment, bank reconciliation & vendor clearing.
- Handling ad-hoc requests on a timely manner.
- Good accounting knowledge and should have GST & TDS knowledge.
- Candidate with experience in working in SAP/ERP would be preferred.
- Good oral & written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS excel.
- Should be open to work from client side, if required
