Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Not Eligible: B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech., B.Sc. IT, and BCA (IT-focused).
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Validate claim documents and perform data processing.
- Ensure timely resolution of insurance transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support insurance operations.
- Follow company policies and quality standards during claim processing.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes (preferred but not mandatory).
- Understanding of claims processing and policy administration.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, Email, and Internet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
