Job Role or Description

  • Responsible for entire MIS function
  • Preparation of MIS Reports and timely reporting of MIS
  • Review of MIS at store level, internally benchmark and identify exceptions
  • Adherence to MIS roster
  • Preparation of Annual Budget and analysis of variance on month on month basis
  • Preparation of presentation for internal review meeting and Board meeting
  • Required to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports
  • Maintaining repository of base data (Sales, promotions, events), master data and pre-populated reports/analysis to respond to adhoc analysis quickly
  • Generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports
  • Business plans or cost benefit analysis’ for new projects/initiatives and setting KPI
  • Business Modelling
  • Standardising management reporting
  • Supporting other departments in terms of providing information and analysis
