Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing Accounts Payable processes and vendor payouts.
- Handling General Ledger (GL) accounting.
- Managing TDS and GST compliance.
- Handling and resolving day-to-day accounting issues.
- Managing and supervising team members.
- Tracking daily productivity.
- Allocating daily work to team members.
- Preparing and reviewing Daily MIS reports.
- Preparing monthly dashboards.
- Coordinating with clients and attending client meetings.
- Preparing and updating SOPs on a quarterly basis.
- Ensuring accounting and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time.
Taxation & Accounting Knowledge
Candidates should have good knowledge of:
- TDS applicability and relevant sections
- GST input eligibility
- GST provisions and compliance
- Prepaid expenses
- Advances
- Fixed Assets
- CWIP – Capital Work in Progress
- Foreign payments
- TCS
- Vendor payments
- General Ledger accounting
Preferred Skill
SAP experience will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–8 years of relevant experience.
- Any Graduate / B.Com.
- Strong Accounts Payable knowledge.
- Experience in GL accounting.
- Good knowledge of TDS and GST.
- Prior team-handling experience.
- Good problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
- Ability to prepare MIS and management dashboards.
- Good client coordination and communication skills.
- Candidates from Thane, Navi Mumbai and Mumbai are preferred.
- Male candidates will be preferred, as specified in the listing.
