Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US payroll processing.
- Handle payroll operations in a US business environment.
- Work with payroll platforms such as ADP, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
- Manage payroll compliance, tax withholdings, deductions and reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and support journal entries.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handle payroll-to-GL matching and related accounting activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Use advanced MS Excel for payroll and accounting activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in End-to-End US Payroll Processing
- Hands-on experience with ADP, QuickBooks or similar payroll platforms
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and tax withholdings
- Payroll deductions and reconciliations

Eligibility & Qualification
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate, B.Com, M.Com or MBA Finance.
Experience:
3–8 years mentioned in the job listing, while the detailed job description specifies 3–10 years of experience.
Preferred:
Candidates with experience in month-end closing, journal entries and payroll accounting are preferred. Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods are preferred.
