- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of internal audit experience in a manufacturing company
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute audit projects across Africa and other international locations as per the annual audit calendar
- Conduct data analysis to support audit findings
- Travel to various locations for audit purposes, approximately 70-80 days a year
- Understand and define audit scopes, identify risks, and execute audits
- Prepare and discuss audit reports with process owners
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure timely execution of audits and report preparation
Who We Are Looking For:
Education:
- CA Inter / ICWA / MBA
Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years of internal audit experience in a manufacturing company
- Proficiency in data analysis and understanding of SOPs
- Experience in conducting manufacturing and sales audits
Critical Skills:
- Ability to plan and execute audits within defined timelines
- Risk assessment, planning mitigating actions, and handling critical situations
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
