Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers whose insurance premiums are due or overdue through outbound calls.
- Resolve customer queries related to premium payments, policy status, and policy renewals.
- Encourage customers to renew their insurance policies on time.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Perform upselling of insurance products wherever applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting productivity and quality targets.
