🎯 Job Role:
Voice Support – Insurance (MOL & Live Chat Process)
- Handling end-to-end member inquiries related to health insurance: policy servicing, pre-authorization, claim assessment, complaints, and queries.
- Providing accurate, timely, and professional responses via Voice and Live Chat.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure quick resolutions.
- Documenting interactions, maintaining complaint logs, and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Meeting SLA targets for productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction.
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements:
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream – B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
- Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers & experienced candidates welcome)
- Typing Speed: 40 – 60 WPM
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal – English proficiency required)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office & web browsing
- Ability to handle UK customer interactions professionally

- Salary Range: ₹70,000 – ₹3,00,000 P.A.
- Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (07:30 AM – 1:30 AM IST, Monday to Sunday)
