💼 Job Description – BPO Non-Voice (US Healthcare Process)
As a part of the Healthcare Claims Team, you will:

Analyze insurance claims and process as per SOPs
-
Calculate COB (Coordination of Benefit) and determine patient responsibility
-
Navigate through multiple client systems and applications
-
Read and interpret client process documents effectively
-
Work in a scheduled night shift (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
✅ Eligibility Criteria
-
Experience: 0 – 1 Year in Healthcare BPO (Freshers can apply)

Education: Any graduate (BCA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.A. accepted)

Typing Skills: 25 WPM or completed Typewriting (Lower) preferred

Computer Skills: Comfortable with Windows PC, navigation, and new tools

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English required
