📋 Job Description
Join NTT DATA’s Banking and US Healthcare BPO team to manage and process financial and KYC-related data. This role is perfect for professionals with a background in banking operations, credit processing, or healthcare BPO.
🔍 Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business banking and credit rating documentation
- Execute tasks as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide grammatically accurate process narratives in English
- Maintain up-to-date compliance with operational guidelines
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and assist with training needs
- Attend customer calls, gather updates, and share feedback
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking BPO / KYC / US Healthcare Process
- UG/PG in Commerce, Finance, or Business (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, M.Com, MBA)
- Good working knowledge of Windows PC applications
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Must be available for afternoon to night shifts (2:00 PM to 12:00 AM)
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with US Healthcare or Anti-Fraud (AF) processes
- Ability to multitask and train others in process workflows
- Strong compliance and documentation knowledge
