🔍 Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate in the International Voice Process, you’ll handle customer queries via phone, emails, and chats for US-based clients. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in rotational shifts.

- Provide voice-based support to international customers
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and speed
- Handle emails and chat queries (blended process)
- Maintain performance standards and process compliance
- Work in rotational night shifts (24×7 environment)
🎯 Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal & written English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Fast typing and efficient PC navigation skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and quick learner
- Ability to meet performance goals under pressure
