Collaborate closely with Finance associates to drive decisions via data and analytics. Responsible for developing solutions to Finance’s challenges by identifying the right data assets, tools, analytical models, and teams to deliver.

- Transform raw data into impactful business insights, develop and optimize the data extraction, transformation, and reporting process in Alteryx or DataIku

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to formulate new initiatives and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to write SQL queries and enhance current queries for better output.
- Developing new visualization capabilities beyond static reports and spreadsheets
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
- Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thoughts, end to end management of projects and ensure high quality and comprehensive insight into Finance analysis.
- Drive the development of user requirements and functional specs to ensure the overall user experience is achieved.)
Essential Requirements
- U.S. Healthcare Business Acumen & Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of U.S. healthcare industry marketing and sales concepts and practices
- Knowledge about the U.S. drug reimbursement system involving wholesalers, GPOs, PBMs, CMS and State Medicaid agencies
Desirable Requirements
- 7-9 years relevant experience in Alteryx/DataIku (ETL) and SQL
- Bachelors / Masters in Technology / MBA (Finance) (university degree required)
- Technical Skills – Alteryx, DataIku, Programming skills in Python/R/C#, RPA/Power BI(Good to have)
