Workyou’ll do
The Manager provides consulting services by working on corporations focused on hedge funds,funds of funds, private equity and alternative asset industry
- Oversight of Asset and Funds monthly/quarterly financial statement reviews, GAAP adjustments, variance analysis, Asset and debt appraisals · Ensuring preparation/review of Fund NAV and accounts; · Finalization of audited/non-audited fund financial statements; continually improve the level and content of reporting and communication · Develop, maintain relationship and collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders including Fund Auditors and administrators · Establishing competency among the team members; Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff and developing employee competency · Perform engagement planning and budgeting; managing engagement economics, engagement risk, and engagement timeline · Working with team to identify and understand their challenges, managing day-to-day client and internal relationships · Working with clients to identify solutions to drive desired outcomes

Deloitte Advisory’s Controllership Finance Operate team can help the organization in meeting their accounting and regulatory requirements. The team provides an extensive range of financial accounting and reporting services with a comprehensive industry-focused approach like quarterly and annual financial reporting, Statutory reporting including policy, production and exams, SOX compliance and support, legal entity reporting preparation and filing, annual budgeting etc.
Qualifications
Required:
- Post-Graduate/GraduateinFinance /Accounting
- 8+yearsofrelevantexperienceinfundaccounting,preferablein real estate
- Experience in leading teams
- Proficiency in MS office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience of working on various packages such as Yardi, Spectrum etc.
- Experience of working with teams across multiple geographies
