🧾 Job Summary:
Nexdigm is looking for highly motivated payroll professionals with end-to-end knowledge of India payroll processes, statutory compliance, and team handling. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in client interaction, process transitions, and managing payroll operations independently.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Process Indian payroll with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

Handle salary taxation queries independently
-
Ensure compliance with PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, and labour laws
-
Interact directly with clients and manage service delivery

Use MS Excel and MS Outlook efficiently
-
Handle payroll transitions and process improvements
-
Lead a team and ensure work planning, accuracy, and deadline adherence
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum Experience: 3–4 years in India payroll processing

Qualification: Any Graduate

Strong knowledge of statutory payroll laws in India

Comfortable with team leadership and client interaction

Fluent in written and spoken English

Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
