Primary Responsibilities:

End-to-end payroll processing including structuring and disbursing salaries

Compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, and other statutory obligations

Income tax-related payroll knowledge

Familiarity with Expat payroll

Review and manage payroll processed by junior team members

Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of monthly payroll

Perform reconciliation and verification
Secondary Responsibilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Effective written and verbal communication

Experience using MS Outlook for client communication

Manage small teams and delegate daily tasks

Handle client coordination and relationship management

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in payroll (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
